Please read this agreement carefully |

1) |
Minimum 1 (one) year agreement will be made for hosting the website |
|
2) |
50 % of toal development charges will be made during the signing of agreement papers |
|
3) |
Rest 50% amount will be cleared within 7 (seven) days after the hosting the website. |
|
4) |
If clients are unable to cleared the total amount within the due time, the administrator of this organization will have to right to stop the client's website |
|
5) |
After first year, development charges will be assessed (if necessary) |
|
6) |
Necessary data and components will be supplied by the client side |
|
7) |
Renewal charges must be cleared within due course. |
